Q: When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. If your order is placed after Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday. This helps us prevent your body butters from sitting in a hot USPS truck over the weekend and possibly melting.
Q: Do your body butters melt in the heat?
Yes. If your body butter is exposed to high temperatures whether it's left in the car, mailbox, or direct sunlight it may soften or melt. If that happens, simply pop it in the fridge to help it re-solidify. You can also re-whip it at home with a hand mixer if you prefer the fluffy texture again.
Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our butters are handmade using skin-loving ingredients. However, everyone’s skin is different, so we always recommend doing a patch test first to make sure there are no reactions or irritation before applying it all over.
Q: Can I return my product?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. But if there's an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to make it right.
